Lasagna Roses

Ingredients

  1. 1 package Aunt Millie’s French Rolls
  2. 1 container Onion and Chive Cream Cheese, softened
  3. 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  4. 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan
  5. 1/4 cup freshly shredded mozzarella
  6. 3 Tbsp. Italian flat leaf parsley, chopped
  7. 1 Tbsp butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Combine all ingredients, except rolls, in a bowl.
  3. Cut each roll into 2″ slices, but not all the way through. Keep the bottom intact.
  4. Spread approximately 1 Tbsp. of the herb butter in between the slices.
  5. Wrap the rolls in foil, and bake for 15 – 20 minutes, until fragrant and toasted.
  6. Remove from oven and serve.

Notes

  1. For quicker rising, cover and place the rolls in a warm oven
  2. If using convection oven bake only at 180 C or 200 C for a longer time
